Appointment

All treatment times stated include a full consultation & your preparation time. In the interest of your well-being and as a health and safety precaution a consultation form must be completed on your first visit so please arrive in plenty of time to allow for this.

Health

Please notify us on booking if you are pregnant or if you have any previous or current medical conditions, this may hinder you from being able to have your treatment. Please note I am unable to treat any pregnant ladies in their first trimester (under 12 weeks pregnant). I will be unable to carry out treatments on any clients with current medical conditions and/or undergoing current treatment or taking certain medications without prior notice and a written doctors consent.

Patch Testing

In the interest of health and safety patch testing is required for all clients that wish to undergo a tinting treatment (eyelash or eyebrow) regardless of whether they have had tinting treatments before. A patch test is required at least 24 hours prior to the treatment. Failure to do so will result in no treatment taking place. Patch tests are recommended every 6 months as products and people change.

 

If you have particularly sensitive skin please feel free to contact me for a patch test for any treatments including spray tanning, waxing, facial treatments etc.

 

Payment Terms

Please note I am currently only able to accept cash and cheque payments for your treatments.

 

Cancellation Policy

As an act of courtesy to other clients please give at least 48hours notice of cancellation prior to your treatment.

We reserve the right to change prices and special offers without prior notice.

 

Data Security

Personal details taken from yourselves during consultation procedures will be kept safe and in the strictest confidence. We would like to send you details of special offers from time to time. If you would rather not receive these please let us know by ticking the box on the form.

 

Gift Vouchers

Gift Vouchers are non-refundable and are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase and will not be accepted after the expiry date. Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash, sold or transferred. You must bring along your voucher to your appointment.
